Section ID A name that uniquely identifies the section. This is a required field. The line section ID is limited to 40 characters.
Earth resistivity Average earth resistance in Ohm-meters at the section location. See APPENDIX C: EARTH RESISTIVITY for typical values.
Continuously transposed Mark this check box if the phase conductors are assumed to be continuously transposed along the entire length of the section. We recommend you use this assumption if you are not interested in the unbalanced effects of an untransposed line.
Note: The “Continuously Transposed” option will have no effect on the sequence parameters. The reason is that the sequence networks are balanced by definition. Hence the program logic always makes continuous-transposition assumption when computing the sequence parameters.
