Administrator can customized fields to store additional data for corridors, lines, line sections, structure types, conductors and cables. By default, the data form for each of these data objects can have up to 20 text fields, 20 numeric fields, and 5 date fields. Many more are possible.
In the following sample Line Data Form, four fields (labeled AREA, DIVISION, STATE, OWNER) and one date field (COMMISSION DATE) were made visible and customized by the Administrator. The last field, DLASTCHANGED, is a required field that shows the date this record was last changed.
The paper-clip symbol at the upper right corner is for managing stored files associated with this data record. The stored files can be drawings files, photographs, maintenance records, and other files. You can retrieve these files at any time.
